NCS is committed to providing effective communication between the Board Members, Residents, vendors, and us. Through the use of technology we are able to efficiently communicate issues facing our communities to the membership. This can be beneficial to the Board of Directors in making decisions in the best interest of all owners. If owners are able to voice their concerns and better understand the issues at hand, they are more likely to support the Board’s decisions.
- 24/7 communications by mail, email, phone and the Internet as well as an emergency response system.
- Assist the association in enforcement of covenants, conditions and restrictions (CCR). Prepare and send out violation letters in accordance with policy.
- Preparation for all meetings and distribution of any related correspondence.
- Attendance at all Board and Membership Meetings.
- Coordinate and oversee contractors hired by the Association. NCS will monitor contractor performance.
- Association Liaison - attorneys, accountants, insurance agents, and other experts and professionals working with the Association.
- Maintain and review insurance coverage carried by the Association.
- Process sales/rentals within community in accordance with association policy and procedures.
