Firm Experience

New Community Strategies, Inc. (NCS) is able to provide municipalities with management and financial studies & a wide variety of services. The NCS team of 24 employees & associates is divided into three divisions. 

The Government Services and Special District Division  currently manages Community Development Districts, Improvement Districts, Recreation Districts and a Soil and Water Conservation District. NCS also provides management and administrative services to the Town of Loxahatchee Groves, serves as Finance Director for the Village of Bal Harbour and the contract finance department for the City of West Park. This division provides a wide variety of additional services to meet the needs of public entities.The Grants Division grant writing and grant administration services for the City of Margate, as well as grant housing project administration for the City of Coral Springs and project administration services for Broward County’s Single Family CDBG Rehabilitation Program

The Property Management Division manages more than 28 condominium and homeowner associations in Broward, Miami Dade and Palm Beach Counties.
